Nu’s Notes
In the beginning levels, apply most of your stats to what you feel is necessary. If you lack something increase it. Now is not the time to specialize in any one stat.
Remesias is panting as looks at his status window. He applies his points.

Remesias’s body begins to feel lighter, and stops panting.
“Is this really how weak I am? Adding the strength stat did make it easier to pierce them. And I figured the intelligence stat would help me understand more. But with what I added now… I understand that I am truly a weakling.”
Remesias begins to search for the colony’s entrance.
“I need to apply everything the system said. I am able to increase my physical stats by leveling up. I am able to increase my skill’s levels by using them. Skills can be acquired through experimentation. The system has a way for me store items. The Room where I received the powers is accessible to me. Its uses are for special things unknown to me. But it did say the items I store will end up there.”
Remesias stops at an entrance to the Insectoids colony.
“Hmm, now that I think about it, what items can I get from Insectoids?”
Through experimentation items may be created
“I see… how do I even experiment with the dead corpses?”
Nu’s notes:
The way to begin crafting is to analyze what the enemies key features have. Its similar to how you might use a claws for knives. It’s important for a Darkness user to analyze and experiment.
“Analyze, the insectoids I have faced so far. Scouts, and patrols. If anything they are grunts and only have pincer jaws to attack people on the surface. With scouts having a special screech to attract patrols. Which means going into this colony, I will find other types. Or I should be expecting different types depending on what this colony does. With my darkness transformation I should be able to scout this entire place.”
Remesias Transforms into darkness and begins to traverse the colony.
“I had a feeling of where everything is when I transform. But its not concrete, and its not my regular vision either. Its a touch of some sort. I can identify the objects because I know what they are suppose to look like, but I don’t think that will work on things I don’t know. Wait that is something I should get better at! That is something I can do now! Identify each insectoid and get better in my understanding of this form.”
One by one Remesias identified the Insectoids in the colony eventually finding the nest.
“150 insectoids, 100 ant grunts, 10 Scouts, 40 unknowns. But those unknowns all are all in a central location. Which means the Queen must be there. The unknowns, half of them felt like ants, the others… were a different species.”
Remesias headed back to the entrance.
“Okay, now its time to begin the hunt. I must kill everything. With my abilities I can kill one by one. And the perfect part is that everything is underground, which means I can fully experiment these shadow abilities.”
“This is what you wanted right Nu? Experiment and learn. Let us see what I can do fully in darkness.”
